Electronic Signature Capture

 

Before you follow these steps, make sure you have set your Topaz SigLite T-L460-HSB-R USB Electronic Signature Capture Pad up properly.

 

Collecting Parent/Staff Member Signatures During Data Entry

 

1. Click Services and then Add Family to add a family's application.
2. Click Save, Review and Sign once you've completed the application.
3. Select the family member(s) who are applying to a program.
4. Click Preview to preview the application on your screen.
5. Click Parent Signature and have the parent sign using your electronic signature device or a mouse.
6. Click Accept and click OK.
7. Click Staff Signature and have a staff member sign using your electronic signature device or a mouse.
8. Click Accept and then OK.
9. Click Print to print the family's application or click Close to return to ChildPlus and print at a later time.

 

Adding Parent/Staff Member Signatures After Data Entry

 

1. Click Services and select the participant whose application you want to sign.
2. Click Application.
3. Click Print Application at the top of the screen.
4. Select the family member(s) who are applying to a program.
5. Click Preview to preview the application on your screen.
6. Click Parent Signature and have the parent sign using your electronic signature device or a mouse.
7. Click Accept and click OK.
8. Click Staff Signature and have a staff member sign using your electronic signature device or a mouse.
9. Click Accept and then OK.
10. Click Print to print the family's application or click Close to return to ChildPlus and print at a later time.
